YouTube Charts – Find the top ranked videos on one page

Now trending sets in on YouTube. The pnline viedoe streaming giant has announced that it will be featuring the top viedoes on YouTube in a new section called YouTube Charts.

A cool addition which would facilitate getting updated on the latest videos which are trending at a particular time. The section will also cover all time classics and also enable viewers to know how one video compares to another. Something like the top 100 listings or rankings for a movie or a song.

YouTube Charts would filter the top ranking videos by several criteria. Be it the views, the most likes, the most shared or subscribed over the past few days, week(s), month, year or all time. This means the YouTube Charts will feature 900 videos and channels (likely with some redundancies) every day.

The “most subscribed” option also gives us some insight into what individuals or production channels are gaining popularity at any given moment.
