• Should be able to understand client’s business and creative requirement
• Should be able to create story board, creative concept, theme and template
• Should have strong orientation in current designing practices in web and web trends

• Should have strong knowledge in Photoshop CS.

• Should be able to manage the technical pre sales and effort estimation

• Should have atleast 3 to 4 years of experience in IT solution sales in Delhi & NCR, within which atleast 2 years in web solutions.
• Should have own conveyance and very good knowledge in Delhi & NCR route map
• Should have strong networks  and contacts in corporates in Delhi & NCR region
• Should be a self starter & self motivated individual should be able to deliver from very first month

PHP, My SQL and Joomla Developer

• 1.5 to 3 years experience in Joomla & PHP, MySQL, XML
• Decent experience in Joomla plug-ins, Joomla customization and component development
• Should have sound knowledge in blog, forum, chat, live streaming, ecommerce & CMS application
• Should have delivered atleast 10 websites in PHP & Joomla
• Should be able to plan, code and deliver a project alone from start to end.

• Overall 4 to 5 years experience.
• Delivered atleast 2 major portals (full scale) and been actively involved in complete project cycle
• Database design, code protocol design, module breakdown and unit planning
• Orientation on Testing: Functional, Unit, Regression, Load, UAT
• Project Estimation skill
• Strong communication and client interaction skills required
• Should have sound knowledge of blogs, forums, chat, live streaming, e-commerce & CMS application
• Integration knowledge: API’s, XML’s, Payment gateway, SMS, Google Map, 3rd party applications
• Open Source: Joomla, Mambo, Drupal, OS Commerce, Wordpress and tool customization & plug-in
• Should be able to allocate tasks to team members and manage tasks
• Should be able to provide insights and mentor to other technology groups.
